By accessing Frame Vault or purchasing any product from this site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy a product.

Frame Vault sells digital prompt packs for use with ChatGPT and similar AI image tools. These Terms apply to all purchases and use of our digital products.

All Frame Vault products are digital goods delivered electronically after payment. Delivery is intended to be instant (or as soon as payment is confirmed).

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for keeping access to your download or delivery method secure.

When you purchase a pack, Frame Vault grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the prompts for your own personal projects.

You may not share, resell, redistribute, publish, or otherwise transfer the prompt packs (or substantial copies of them) to anyone else. Doing so is a breach of these Terms.

Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe or another payment provider we use. You agree to their terms where applicable.

All sales are final once the digital product has been delivered or made available to you.

Because Frame Vault products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds except where required by law.

If delivery fails or you cannot access a product you paid for due to a fault on our side, contact us via the Contact page or our social channels and we will help resolve it.

Prompts are designed to help you generate lifestyle images, but results depend on your reference photos, the AI tool you use, account limits, and model changes outside our control.

Frame Vault does not guarantee any specific image quality, likeness, or outcome. We are not affiliated with OpenAI or ChatGPT.

You agree not to use Frame Vault products for anything illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or that violates another person’s rights (including privacy and publicity).

You are solely responsible for how you use generated images and for complying with the terms of any AI platform you use.

The Frame Vault name, logo, site design, and prompt pack content are owned by Frame Vault or its licensors. Purchase does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you — only the personal licence described above.

The site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free delivery.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frame Vault is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one that applies. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
